If you’ve never seen THE best Holiday movie out there, for gods sake go rent ‘Home for the Holidays’ my favorite, Robert Downey Jr. is in it, along with Claire Danes, Holly Hunter, Dylan McDermott amongst others!

Question of the hour is…
Do I go public?
Right so I am public. BUT do I tell everyone on Facebook about you? I mean I love opinions, I love to have conversations, I love to read other point of views. BUT I don’t want to censor myself. I never have, and I never will.
This being said do I just go forward, share my blog with everyone I know, enjoy the opinions, skip over the trolls, and relish in the publicity?
I once had a blog, I used real names, real stories, and someone got mad. To the point of trolling me constantly so I was forced by bullying to shut down and start anew blog. This one.
But I’ve grown, and I can handle trolls, and bullies. I ignore them. Move on, delete them. What do you think?
Stay with the opinions of just my blogosphere friends I’ve made? Or open myself to EVERYONE?

I think that if you are willing to hear everyone elses opinions then go for it. I do agree that you should not have to censor yourself and don't!!! Be yourself, if those people are friends with you on FB then they should already know you. If they don't like what you have to say then they don't have to read it.
That's a tough one....Not all of my friends know about my blog, and not all of my family either. At times I wish I would have kept mine a secret from my spouse because then I would have so much more to blog about!! As it is, I try to keep it light hearted when it's about the spouse...but truly...I could kick his ass most days...but...he reads my blog....

I constantly have the same debate with myself. I went private for a long while, maybe a couple of years? I just recently opened my blog back up but most people don't know about it. Only the few I've told. BUT it would be pretty easy to find if anyone wanted to look, since I use our real names and other specific stuff. I would love to announce it to everyone. It would be a great way to keep everyone updated on the kids since we live so far away from everyone. BUT I would have to hide some posts first. Because some people would definitely get hurt and I do not want that. At all. And even if I did that, I think that somebody would still get offended because that is how people are. I would love everyone to know the REAL me and that is who I am on my blog. I still don't know. I don't have an answer for you. I think you gotta decide for yourself. I also worry that some of the people close to me are going to be like, "WTF?! You've been blogging for over 7 years and you are just now telling me?!"
That is a hard one. I have been struggleing with it myself. I love to share my blog with the world but often worry about my family's saftey. It would be a lot easier for people to get personal info on FB but not that hard with just a regular blog either. I will be there reading whichever you decide.
Tough one, indeed. So, do you really want to share your thoughts with all of these people or do you want more comments and interaction? I shut down my FB account 1 year ago due to NOT wanting most of those people to have a glimmer into my life. But I'm weird like that. Don't dump us bloggers! I'll comment more, I promise! :)
