The perks of sick kids.

The perks of the whole family being sick.

(yes I can even find positive in an evil negative)

  1. I am looked to as an AMAZING mom because I can care for sick children, and a sick me.
  2. My children cling to me, at times it may drive me insane. But I realize they need me, and my comfort at this time. I love it.
  3. We totally get out of events because who really wants the whole hacking Mc family there? Not that a hacking 10 month old isn't adorable.
  4. Kids on meds sleep more.
  5. Kids on meds sleep more.
  6. kids on meds sleep more. sorry! It's SO true, and SO necessary to repeat!
  7. My mom was amazing, and helped me with 3 big garbage bags of laundry, and the kids even though we were hacking and sneezing all over her! Muah mommy!
My IL's took the kids today so we could drive an hour away to get our taxes done. My MIL is not feeling well at all, but they took them anyway! Thank YOU!

Hooray. I totally would rather have happy, healthily babies, but that is the upside to the sickness. I do have to note that last night was my first "toddler barfed in her bed" night. AGAIN I was SO lucky. Bagel did it at 9:45 when I was still up. She amazingly only barfed on herself, and her care bear, NO sheets, NO blankets. Awesome.

I then got a full run down of the events repeatedly all day today. Even funnier.

Well tomorrow is Monday, Weaky's DOC band appointment at 10:30, then off to the Quick Care for two sick little people (I went last week, it was a Sinus Infucktion.)

Wish us well!

Poor babies! I hope they feel better soon! But you're on your own. Anyone over the age of 18 needs to suck it up. :P

I kid. I hope you feel better, too. I know it sucks to be sick and to still have to take care of LOs. Especially sick LOs at that!
