I am one with Shutterfly

Shutterfly and I. You could say we have been spending QUALITY time together.

I mean quality time as in Spaghetti took the kids to his parents house yesterday, so I could have THE whole day to myself. He made me promise no art room, no blogger, JUST Shutterfly, and to get the Photo books of Bagel done for Christmas.

Each Christmas since Bagel was born we do a photo book. And now for Mother's Day we do Weaky's. They are alot of work, require patience that I do not seem to have, BUT they are great books, great memoribilia, and the "big" gift for both parents.

And now my plug for Shutterfly (your welcome Shutterfly, please feel free to thank me in free photo prints)
Shutterfly is a FREE site, that will hold ALL of your pictures, AND will NOT charge you for that. NOR will they force you to buy anything yearly like some companies do (cough*Kodak*cough)

They also have these really cool home pages you can create. I also LOVE these, I can email my family and friends a link to the page with my OWN url attached to it, and they can see all my picures, leave comments (and who doesn't LOVE comments?) and best of all buy prints!

Beautiful thing I tell you.

AND Shutterfly has a great store, so you can put your photo's onto all sorts of cool things. They do the picture cards, and the calendars. I loves them, I do.

Spaghetti and the kids were packed into the car around 10:30 am yesterday and came home around 4:30, 5 of those hours were spent right here, uploading, sorting and placing photos in cronological order and uploading like the crazy mom-a-razzi in me would.

Damn I take ALOT of pictures. Either way I found some more that I was looking for on other SD cards, some on our random trip to Starved Rock State Park, and Chicago. I got some great shots from Bagel's birthday present camera (one of those kids camera's) it takes regular SD cards, and it's amazing what she got! I mean EVERYONE smiling and laughing! I will be adding those to the books!

I am REALLY trying to push myself to organize my photos more. Especially since I take pictures daily. I am all tech savy with my SD card reader (I am SO in love with this, since my computer seems to HATE all my camera's and their USB connections) I can just upload, and order what I want!

So if your looking for a service, I vote for Shutterfly. How bout you? What do you use? Oh and my other question. Does everyone else have a few SD cards? I mean I have 3 plus the mini that goes with my cell. How often do you take pictures? Print them? Scrapbooks or albums? Neither? I ask because even though everyone and their mother has a camera now a days, I just wonder what we do with the end results?
