I am SO proud of myself. I am on day 3 of the "diet" I started at 137.5, and I refuse to weigh myself more then once a week. I still need to do some measurements.
I don't believe I am on day 3. That is HUGE for me.
I mean NO drive thru, no pop, no eating after 7 (we eat dinner late sometimes so 7 works)
I'm talking eggs, oatmeal, chicken, veggies, salads and fruits... it gets easier as the days go by.
Don't get me wrong I got teared up with the kids refused Mac and Cheese yesterday. WTF. The I had to put it all in a container for the fridge. THAT was hard. But I did it.
Now it's time to put a workout plan into effect... ewwww...
