Not kidding. No pep talk needed, no prebragging about what I'm going to do. I did it.
I ate good all day, small, healthy meals, drank water, coffee with NO sugar. Just black. Kids were napping, Spaghetti was home, I went for a power bike ride, then came home all pumped up and did crunches on my yoga ball, then some squats and then some arm work with my band.
I vowed on January 3rd I was going to start the Lose it Bitch program, with support of my blog friends... sigh well after some procrastinating, and a WHOLE lotta "last bad food day" binges, oh and Holiday's and birthdays for excuses, and maybe even a cloudy day to use as an excuse. SO only 312 days later. I did it.
Day one is HUGE for me. One day at a time, baby steps. AND I mean BABY steps. Go me!
