Today I spent the day with Weaky, Bagel and Spaghetti, also my parents the Queen and Carrots and my sister Frances. We went to the Chicago Auto Show. It was fun, and I enjoyed the cars and things we saw. I had more fun watching my children enjoy the cars and the things they saw. Here are some memories of what I enjoyed...
Weaky rode in the front of the double stroller, he loves to hold onto the bar in front of him, and watch all the people, and things around him. If you stop for to long he will bounce, as to move the stroller himself!
Bagel loved to get in and out of the cars, she always wanted to be the driver! If she wasn't test driving a new car, she was sitting on Spaghetti's shoulders checking out all the people.
Bagel was able to drive a Jeep kids battery powered car. They had a ring set up, kinda like bumper cars/race track. Spaghetti pushed her, since she has never driven one of those cars before, but she loved it!
The excitement as we waited in line for 30 minutes for Bagel's Jeep ride was great. She would jump up and down, and yell "me next, me too!" I loved it!
Weaky even test drove a few cars! (with close supervision of myself or Spaghetti)
As much as Spaghetti tickles Bagel, and messes with her. It is so sweet to see her go to him so she can rest her head on his shoulder to rest.
I love that Bagel will hold Frances' hand when we walk together.
Bagel was SO excited to ride the Trolley Shuttle from the parking lot, to the McCormick Center. She kept calling it a big bus.
I love when we drive anywhere and Bagel tells the cars "Get out of the way cars. We're going to mommies house!"
I love that my kids are very well behaved in public, Bagel listens when I tell her no, and Weaky is SO patient it's amazing!
I loved that we actually ran on time for something! (second event in a row) We were so ready this morning, 20 minutes ready!!
I loved that after a long day in Chicago, we all came home, to dinner, bath time for the kids, and a movie date with Spaghetti and me.
It was a great day, tons of memories, I will get the pictures here soon. Until then, I leave you with the memories my children gave me today.
And on a side note, I will update you all with the events of the last few days. Have a happy week!
Feisty

Yay for an awesome day with the fam!
And it's awesome that your kids are so well-behaved in public. People see our crew coming and leave. We've been known to stop in the middle of a shopping trip to have time outs in the middle of the aisle. Meh - it happens. :P
