Kreativ Blogger you and me!

Look at me! I got an award! Fancy pants! Thanks to my new sister Becky, she has awarded me a blog award! But not just any old blog award! This one comes with a job!! And even though I put off any type of job like it's the plague, I will do my best to follow through with my new job, as Kreativ Blogger.

Here are the new job rules.

I must post this pretty new award in a blog.

I must post 6 things I value

I must post 6 things I do not value

I must tag 6 bloggers

That is it. If I tag you, take your award with pride. Here are mine, in no particular order

6 things I value

  1. Family first rule- Always family first, turn off the t.v., call your friend back, get off the computer. Spend time with family. It doesn't happen enough.

  2. Laughter- Goes hand in hand with happiness, smiling, all that good stuff that makes you warm and fuzzy.

  3. My Pets- There company is unmatched. And there loyalty is nonhuman. Love them.

  4. Technology- With out it I am lost. We all are. No cell, no internet, no t.v. we would die.

  5. Myself- I value myself, not in an big ego kind of way. But more of a I am proud of who I am, what I do and how I act. Self esteem is something I have, not over cocky but strong.

  6. Every minute- Use them. I love to use every minute I can, I mean your life isn't really that long, and so I do everything. I rock out in the car by myself. Who care what the douche bag next to you thinks. You need to make the time to do it. Yes I am busy, I have kids, pets, house, and a stay at home business that I run. But I still find the time to read, draw, stamp, scrapbook, play with my kids, take baths and hang out with Spaghetti. Use your time wisely.

6 things I do NOT value

  1. Haters- From my free spirit, to the fact that I own a home. I really hate haters. They just need to understand I make the best of what I got. Go on and do your own thing. Get your own damn haters then...

  2. Fake- Don't be fake! Don't pretend to be cool, or what you think is cool. For fucks sake, I graduated H.S. Get over yourself!

  3. Overly Religious- Bah, don't get your knickers in a bunch. I just can't stand those people, Christian, Jehovah, whatever, DO NOT JUDGE ME. I will not go to hell, I am no less then you are, and seriously, Religion is good for you and all. But some people need to get a fucking hobby.

  4. Negativity- Ugg! I can not stand when someone is going on and on and on and on about something. It won't help the situation. And now you just annoyed everyone around you. I mean I do bitch about things but some people really need to chill, and realize that when you think your getting a 6" paper flower and you get a 2" paper flower, it is not the end of the scrapbooking world.

  5. People that lack social skills- Kinda weird but I find that there are people out there that just don't get the basics of social life her on earth. Like conversation. Not saying you have to be like me and start a conversation in the bathroom, but maybe if your in mixed company, attempt to converse. Or just understand why your not liked, since you don't choose to converse in company. Tipping. I don't work anymore where tipping was a part of the norm. But when you don't tip because you just don't have the money, you probably shouldn't be out anyway. (I get not tipping an asshole because they suck) Spaghetti serves beer at a famous baseball stadium, and tips are HUGE part of his income. Tip after each beer, yes it's his job, but just like waitress's and stripping. Tips are a part of there life. Staring. This one is in particular to my sister, Frances, I can't stand going to the hilly billy ass towns around us and seeing the inbread freaks STARE at her. Dude, she doesn't have 8 arms, just a little head turning. But the best part is when the parents are staring too. What a joke.

  6. Racism and Homophobes- Two things I DO not like. Period. I have no respect for people who are racist. I hate the "dot head" comments, or the Arabs that want to run a Dunkin Donuts, what the fuck does it matter? I mean really, they just want what our families wanted. A better life here in America. The "N" word sends me through the roof, seriously what century do you live in? Ugg, and since I am whitebread myself, I am in a small 99% whitebread town, next to a 99% whitebread town. So of coarse there is comments. But I have been learning that I have the balls to say something. Not rude, but just a "what does there color or race matter?" comment usually reminds them that not everyone is whitebread, and that is fine with me. Homophobes suck. Period. You really again need a century check. If it makes you uncomfortable, then maybe you just need a bit more culture in your life. Really you do. I attend the Gay Pride Parade, two years now. And I love it. I go with my cousin and his partner, and Aeriel goes along as my date to the parade. Gays are just like you. No really they are. Eating, sleeping, pooping, breathing, there choice of partner should not be why you judge them. Judge someone by there character, and who they are. And if a book is telling you that it is wrong to be gay. Maybe you should look outside your thousand year old book, and realize it's 2008.

OK now that I am off my soapbox about all things good and evil, here are my 6 tagged...

  1. Aerial over at A Day in the Life of...
  2. Chandler over at Maternal Mirth
  3. Frances over at Inside Susie's Head
  4. Iowa Friend over at Just Jayme
  5. This Mom over at This Mom's ramblings...
  6. Jaci over at Ravings of a Mad Housewife

And as always if you are offended by my posts, please remember this is my blog, and my opinion. I am right here, not you. Want to be right? Blog about it on your own site.

This is a great post.

I have to agree with you on the "overly religious" one. I consider myself a spiritual person but I struggle with some aspects of "organized religion".

I have such a hard time with those that say their are "Christians" and do what they please and ask for forgiveness after...whatever!
