The nice McDonalds

I haven't had a McDonald's date with Bagel in a while. So I though since Spike and Spaghetti were sleeping, we would go out. It was nice, she is old enough now, I let her pick the Happy Meal toy, boy, girl or Ronald (under 3) today she picked out the boy toy. A really cool gold and red matchbox car.

The thing I love best about these dates, are it's one on one time with her. And some day with Spike too. There is no phone, no computer, no t.v., no toys, no dogs, just Bagel and me. This is why I love to go out with Spaghetti. We just focus on each other.

I have to say, I like my McDonalds. I have 3 to choose from. Even though I live in a small farm village, there is one about 10 minutes away, at the front end of town, then one the other direction in the next farm town over, and they just built last year, a McDonalds about a mile down the road.

It a little McDonalds. It has no play place (again good for some quality time) and the seats are faux leather, the design is a little fancier, there are two flat screen t.v.'s on. And they really are nice and take care of you.

I now just need to get used to there McCafe Mocha's and I am set. (they are challenging Starbucks by being 26% cheaper, but they taste 26% cheaper. Gag)So here is to one on one time with Bagel, some so-so coffee, more Monopoly stickers for my obsession (yes I ask complete strangers for theres if they are not playing) and for us having the "nice" McDonalds.
