A sad sad story was on the news last night. A local boy (who lived in LW Trails) in the next town over saw that his dog was drowning in one of the subdivision retention ponds. The boy went out to save the dog. Neither of them survived.
Horrible story. I am sure it is devistating for the family to lose not only thier beloved 11 year old son, but the dog too. My thoughts are with them and their loved ones today.
