Lose it Bitch. The do over.
Check in day.
Alright so we had an original plan of starting the New Year off with a bang! To lose 30.5. aaaaaannnndd the results after week one are...
.5 lb lost! I went from 137.5 to to 137.
Alright so I kinda sorta maybe had a restart. On Thursday. So technicly today is only day 4 which I think a 1/2 lb is pretty good, don't you?
So lets back this food train up and go over my many excuses as to why I had to restart.
#1. Frances had her birthday party Wednesday. She turned 29 this last week, and the festivities were at my mom's house. Nuff said, it is NOT allowed to diet, or even attempt to do so at my mom's house. You are WAY to well fed. Plus there was a big fat French Silk Pie at the end waiting for me.
#2. Spaghetti wasn't motivated. WTF. Seriously? He is Mr. Motivated, all.the.time. He's the one doing the P90X DVD's weeks after I threw in the towel (we tried this in September through December. I lasted 2 weeks working out. And only 1 day eating their tofu turkey crap diet. I almost died) I need Spaghetti to be on board here!!
So those are my two lame o' excuses. But they are mine and I'm stickin' to them. Spaghetti promised me that after Frances' birthday we would be on track. He still is not.
That leads us to Thursday. I had my coffee, my scrambled eggs in a tortilla (I made the kids eat thier pancakes in the t.v. room so I didn't have to watch them. I had a ham & cheese sandwich, for lunch and chicken for dinner with a small potato (mind you I savored each moment of potato)
So both Friday and Saturday were close to the same menu. I am just cutting carbs back ALOT. And I have been 10 days now with no pop. Probably helps I get my coffee fix in though.
So Day 4 is here, I need to start working out more, I like my Gaiam ball routine, and when Spaghetti gets on board I will be throwing in some P90X on occasion.
Alright that's it. Here's hoping my fat ass can stay on track! Check out the Lose It Bitches site to see more!

You can do it! Part of success is recognizing what has to change and besides, I am certain that French Silk Pie was worth it!
Mmm Yes the pie was worth it.
And note I still don't know how to spell check in the new blogger form, I am pretty sure that is NOT how you spell technically. Shit I could be wrong again.
Bah, anyway, off to eat a salad.
Feisty
I think we all end up having days like that and then spend a week beating ourselves up about it. At least you know what you did! Keep going!
Anything that is lower than where you started is a win!
It's a blip, don't stress yourself over it.
Damn French silk pie ....... would so cure my pms symptoms.
